To make the optional frosting, you'll need:
- Butter, Softened
- Powdered Icing Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- Cream or Milk
Step-By-Step Instructions
Step 1: Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
Step 2: Prepare the sugar cookie mix according to package directions.
Step 3: Place the dehydrated strawberries in a blender or food processor and blitz until it resembles a fine powder. Place the strawberry powder in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 4: Use a cookie scoop and portion out the sugar cookies. Roll the sugar cookies in the dehydrated strawberry powder.
