HOW TO MAKE Cinnamon Streusel Muffins

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 °F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
