- All-Purpose Flour - Instant Coffee Powder - Baking Powder - Baking Soda - Salt - Unsalted Butter - Granulated Sugar - Egg - Vanilla Extract

HOW TO MAKE Coffee Cookies

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, instant coffee powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3: In a separate large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

Step 4: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
