These Marshmallow Cookies are the perfect blend of soft, chewy goodness. They have a crispy edge and a soft, gooey center. They're perfect with a glass of cold milk, or even to share!

- All-Purpose Flour - Baking Soda - Salt - Unsalted Butter - Granulated Sugar - Brown Sugar - Large Egg - Vanilla Extract - Mini Marshmallows

HOW TO MAKE Marshmallow Cookies

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3: In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.

Step 4: Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Step 5: Fold in the mini marshmallows.

Step 6: Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
