- Fresh or Frozen Peaches - Granulated Sugar - Water - Lemon Juice

HOW TO MAKE Simple Peach Syrup

In a medium sized saucepan, combine the peaches, granulated sugar, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium high heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the peaches are soft and the liquid has thickened.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes.

Using a blender or food processor, puree the peach mixture until it's smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp or solids.
