INGREDIENTS

- Heavy Whipping Cream - Powdered Sugar - Mascarpone - Vanilla Extract - Cocoa Powder - Ladyfinger Cookies - Black Coffee

HOW TO MAKE Tiramisu Cups

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

Add the vanilla, 2 tablespoons of the confectioners’ sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder to the whipped cream mixture.

In a separate mixing bowl, mix the remaining sugar and mascarpone with electric hand mixer until smooth.

Set out four glasses, break one cookie in the bottom of each glass. Pour a tablespoon of coffee over each crumbled ladyfinger. Next, layer with two tablespoons of the cheese mixture. Repeat the process with the remaining cookies, coffee and cheese mixture.
